It was dryer, harsher on the throat, and definitely not the 'relajante' they promised. Told the staff and they said 'different harvest' — fine, but if it's for people using it medicinally, a heads-up would be decent. Also the quantity felt smaller than last month (no formal explanation). A quick tip: take photos of the batch label and the weight when you pick up. In my club we started a small thread in the member chat: whenever someone notices a downgrade we post a short note with photos and date. After a couple of months the committee began to follow up with the supplier when multiple reports appeared. It took time but it helped.
