Top-shelf flower and super helpful staff in eastern Jerez

Visited El Toro Ciego in Jerez de la Frontera while staying a few days in Cádiz — glad I stopped by. The quality of the flower was clearly the club's priority: well-cured, clean-smelling buds and a few homegrown strains that tasted fresh. Staff were the standout — patient, spoke decent English, and walked me through the membership paperwork (they explained the association model and postal area 11404 location). They even offered tasting tips and showed me a small sample jar of a local sativa that was surprisingly smooth. Atmosphere is relaxed, small wooden benches and a tiny outdoor terrace; felt more like a neighbourhood association than a tourist trap. Constructive notes: selection could be broader — only a handful of strains that day — and the sign-up forms took longer than expected (bring ID and cash). Still, for quality and service in eastern Jerez, this place is a very solid pick if you can register as a guest first.

Friendly staff and excellent quality at El Toro Ciego

Visited El Toro Ciego in eastern Jerez (11404) during a week-long stay and left genuinely impressed. As an expat from the UK I appreciated that the staff spoke solid English and patiently explained strains, effects and dosing — they even showed a small tasting of a citrus sativa and a mellow indica. Product quality is top notch here: properly cured buds, clear terpene aromas and consistent effects. The club’s small lounge and sunny terrace felt welcoming, and the staff kept the atmosphere relaxed, not pushy. A couple of things to improve: prices aren’t always shown per strain on the menu and they only accept cash, which was inconvenient. Variety is good for a town this size but I'd like more edibles and pre-roll choices next time. Overall I’d definitely stop by again when in Jerez; the people and product quality make it worth the detour.

Buena experiencia: calidad y personal muy atento en El Toro Ciego

Soy turista alemana de paso por Jerez y pasé una tarde en El Toro Ciego (zona este de Jerez, postal 11404). Lo que más me llamó la atención fue la calidad del producto: cogollos frescos, aroma definido y una fuerza constante en dos variedades que probé. El personal fue lo mejor: explicaron con calma el funcionamiento de la asociación, me ayudaron a elegir según la intensidad que buscaba y hablan algo de inglés, lo cual fue clave para mí. El local tiene una sala con sofás, una terraza pequeña y agua gratuita; también dejaron probar una muestra pequeña antes de decidir. Crítica constructiva: la variedad no es enorme (me faltaron híbridos más suaves) y los precios me parecieron un poco altos para Jerez. También hay que pedir cita y presentar documentación, así que lleva tiempo. En general muy contenta por la calidad y la atención, volvería si estoy otra vez en la ciudad.
