Jedes Mal wenn ich anrufe heißt es „wir melden uns“ und dann Funkstille. Keine Ahnung ob das normal ist, aber fühlt sich nicht professionell an. Falls jemand aus der Gegend Tipps hat (wen anrufen, wer zuverlässiger ist), gerne her damit. Bei uns hat geholfen: schriftlich per Mail nachfragen und freundlich um ein konkretes Datum bitten. Wenn nach zwei Mails nichts kommt, in die Mitgliederversammlung das als Punkt setzen. Ich weiß, klingt nach extra Arbeit, aber oft rührt sich dann endlich was. (Langer Post ahead:) Ich war mal in einer ähnlichen Situation — da half es, einen kurzen Zahlungsbeleg der Mitgliedsgebühr zu schicken und anzumerken, dass man für organisatorische Zwecke möglichst zeitnah die Zuteilung braucht. Danach dauerte es eine Woche.
