Die Vereinsbürokratie ist langsam — Termine, Protokolle der Sitzung, jemand muss abstimmen, dann die Formalitäten. Bei uns dauerte es knapp fünf Wochen bis zur Bestätigung, und erst bei der Willkommensrunde sprachen sie konkret über die Zuteilung und wie das läuft (monatlich, mit einem Formular). Wichtig ist: behalte die E‑Mails, falls sie nach Unterlagen fragen, und ruf ruhig nach zwei Wochen nach, falls du nichts hörst — manchmal hängt es an einem fehlenden Nachweis.
