Place has a small lounge area, free water and an espresso machine which was handy. Staff seemed a bit rushed when I arrived — membership form took longer than expected and the receptionist was slightly brusque. The products were okay, some well-rolled pre-rolls and a small selection of strains, but I hoped for more variety. Good ventilation though, and the crowd was mostly chilled (lots of expats). Voor degenen die wel lid zijn: de ligging aan de Gran Via is ideaal en het interieur is strak. Personeel was nogal formeel en niet erg gastvrij toen ik vragen stelde over lidmaatschap. El local es pequeño, con una única sala y pocas mesas; ventilación regular y al final olía bastante a humo. Me cobraron una cuota de entrada como visitante y esperaba más opciones de cepas — había apenas 3-4 tipos y varios estaban agotados. El personal no fue antipático, pero tampoco muy atento; respuestas cortas. Valor por dinero bajo para turistas que buscan variedad. Die Mitgliederlounge ist ruhig, ideal um nach einem Museumsbesuch runterzukommen. Das Kollektiv erklärt die internen Regeln klar, die Anmeldung war akzeptabel, wenn auch etwas bürokratisch. Sorten waren gut gepflegt, allerdings fehlen manchmal Snacks oder Getränke. J'ai apprécié que le personnel explique le cadre associatif et les limites de consommation. Par contre les horaires ne sont pas toujours clairs et la paperasse pour devenir membre m'a pris du temps. Les produits étaient acceptables mais la sélection change souvent.
