离埃门市主要购物区不远，Cheers 是个本地人办事时常去的小咖啡店。外面的街道大部分时间都很安静；你会看到店主在扫地，还有自行车停靠在人行道边。店内很简单——没有繁琐的装饰，只有一个小柜台和几张座位，常客们在那儿看报纸。工作日的下午这里会热闹一点，学生和附近办公室的人们会来到这里。店内气氛轻松，略显温馨，墙上贴着海报，工作人员很快就会记住顾客的名字。如果你在参观完 Wildlands 或市中心后顺路来到这里，这里是个放松一下的好地方。价格合理，服务也很快，所以这里更像是个实用的中途停留，而不是目的地。非常适合低调的下午悠闲坐坐，或者带点东西回到城里。

  咖啡店在荷兰容忍政策（gedoogbeleid）下经营：根据《鸦片法》，大麻在技术上仍属非法，但对于遵守官方 AHOJG 标准（包括严格的广告禁令）的店铺，将暂停起诉。是否允许某家咖啡店及当地条件由地方当局决定。本条目为目录的事实信息，并非广告，也不鼓励使用大麻。Cannabivo 是一个信息目录，不销售、不供应、不推广、不广告大麻。
