Añado: si lo usas por motivos médicos, menciona el tema en la próxima junta y pide que quede registrado. Las asociaciones suelen priorizar a miembros con necesidades concretas si hay problemas de calidad (pero hay que hablarlo formalmente).

I sympathise — transparency varies a lot between groups. In my club we started a small thread in the member chat: whenever someone notices a downgrade we post a short note with photos and date. After a couple of months the committee began to follow up with the supplier when multiple reports appeared. It took time but it helped. Might be worth proposing a simple reporting routine at your asociación.
