Sí, és veritat. A Barcelona la burocràcia ha pujat una mica, sobretot en clubs grans. Terrassa i altres poblacions petites tenen una dinàmica diferent: la gent es coneix i això afavoreix l'ambient. També depèn de qui et presenti, això ajuda molt.

Agree with Dolors. Big Barcelona asociaciones have more formal boards and scheduled juntas — it's partly legal cover and partly scale. If you want a calmer vibe, check smaller towns or periferia clubs, they usually care more about members than admin.

I visited one in the Eixample and yeah, there was a visible shift — membership forms, photocopies, waiting list. But don't let that scare you: the legal structure protects clubs too. Smaller towns like Terrassa are more relaxed but can have limited stock or fewer options.

Totally depends on the people running it. My friend's asociación in Gracia is chill but still asks for empadronamiento and does a quick junta vote — not long, just formal. The large ones downtown feel colder, agreed.

I think growth + regulation equals admin. If you're choosing, prioritise who introduces you and how active the board is — that seemed to matter more than the city itself.
