Ja, das stimmt teilweise. In Amsterdam ist mehr Tourist:innen-Verkehr, vor allem im Zentrum. In kleineren Städten (z. B. Leeuwarden) ist die Atmosphäre ruhiger und oft fachkundiger.

Same here, centrum = tourists. But not all shops: walk a few blocks away from Dam and you find spots where locals go. Depends what you want: showy menus vs. calm advice.
