Personal muy atento, club algo pequeño
Visité Green Beard en Madrid hace unas semanas como expat desde Reino Unido. El equipo fue lo mejor: muy atento, hablaban inglés, me explicaron bien el proceso de afiliación y recomendaron una variedad según mi experiencia. Fueron pacientes con preguntas sobre dosis y efectos, y la comprobación de documento fue rápida. En hora punta el servicio se ralentiza y noté algo de presión para ventas adicionales. La sala es pequeña pero cómoda, precios algo altos para la calidad del producto.

Als Tourist in Madrid war ich froh, dass das Team bei Green Beard so hilfsbereit war. Die Mitarbeiter erklärten die Sorten auf Englisch, kontrollierten freundlich den Ausweis und zeigten die kleine Vaporizer-Station und Sofaecke. Schön war auch das kostenlose Wasser. Kritik: zur Stoßzeit wirkte das Personal etwas gehetzt und die Produktauswahl (ein paar Blüten, Pre-Rolls) war begrenzt, einige Buds etwas trocken. Insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre dank des Teams, ich würde wiederkommen, hoffe aber auf frischere Ware und mehr Auswahl.

From the front desk they explained the membership process clearly, helped with ID checks and even walked me through the small menu of strains. The team spoke good English, were patient with questions, and suggested a mellow indica after I said I wanted to sleep. Staff made the visit smooth, slight issues with price and wait
Visited Green Beard in Madrid while on a short trip from the UK. The staff (especially Miguel at the front) were patient, spoke good English and took time to explain the membership rules and the strain menu — really helpful for a tourist. The lounge and small terrace are comfortable and they supply a few grinders and papers. Downsides: Friday evening there was a noticeable wait to get a seat and the day-pass felt a bit expensive for what you get. Overall friendly, knowledgable staff made it worth the visit.

Ich war als Tourist aus Berlin bei Green Beard in Madrid. Friendly staff, decent spot in Madrid
