Personal muy atento, club algo pequeño
Visité Green Beard en Madrid hace unas semanas como expat desde Reino Unido. El equipo fue lo mejor: muy atento, hablaban inglés, me explicaron bien el proceso de afiliación y recomendaron una variedad según mi experiencia. Fueron pacientes con preguntas sobre dosis y efectos, y la comprobación de documento fue rápida. En hora punta el servicio se ralentiza y noté algo de presión para ventas adicionales. La sala es pequeña pero cómoda, precios algo altos para la calidad del producto.

Als Tourist in Madrid war ich froh, dass das Team bei Green Beard so hilfsbereit war. Die Mitarbeiter erklärten die Sorten auf Englisch, kontrollierten freundlich den Ausweis und zeigten die kleine Vaporizer-Station und Sofaecke. Schön war auch das kostenlose Wasser. Kritik: zur Stoßzeit wirkte das Personal etwas gehetzt und die Produktauswahl (ein paar Blüten, Pre-Rolls) war begrenzt, einige Buds etwas trocken.
