Repelsteeltje Grand Koffieshop Cannabis Social Club in Leeuwarden

Right off one of Leeuwarden's main shopping streets, this coffee shop gets a steady stream of passersby. Locals, students and the odd tourist tend to mix at the counter. Inside it's relaxed — small tables, steady chatter and the mingled smells of coffee and cannabis. On sunny afternoons people spill onto the window ledges to watch shoppers go by. Evenings calm down and you can actually hear the music without shouting. Staff keep things simple and practical, no fuss service. The street still has that old-town mix of national chains and independent shops, so it's easy to combine a stop here with a bit of wandering. If you want somewhere low-key to sit and watch the city move, this is the sort of spot I'd pick.
