Coffeeshop De Poort Cannabis Social Club in Enkhuizen

You find this coffee shop on a quiet lane just off Enkhuizen’s harbour, where the canal boats and tourist foot traffic mingle with locals. It’s the sort of low-key place people duck into after a visit to the Zuiderzee Museum or while wandering the old town. The crowd is mixed — pensioners with newspapers in the afternoon, a few students or tourists stopping by in summer. Inside it feels lived-in rather than slick; the noise level is easy and conversations drift. Evenings are mellow; folks come in to chat or read rather than rush. On sunny days you can sit and watch the quay and the small craft bobbing outside. Staff quickly learn your face if you go often, which makes repeat visits feel comfortable. Not fancy, just practical and handy when you want something simple during a stroll through Enkhuizen.
