Coffeeshop Simpel Minds Cannabis Social Club in The Hague, Den Haag

Coffeeshop Simpel Minds sits on one of those everyday shopping streets in The Hague where you see the same faces each week. I pop in when I'm running errands nearby and it always feels low-key and practical. The interior isn't fancy — a plain counter, a few stools, and enough room to not feel crowded. The crowd is a proper local mix: older neighbours, people from nearby flats, and the occasional student. Mornings are a steady little buzz, afternoons slow down to a relaxed hum. The surrounding area has lots of small shops and takeaways, so it's handy if you want something quick before hopping on a tram. Staff are matter-of-fact and remember regulars, which keeps the place feeling lived-in. If you prefer a straightforward, no-frills coffee shop where people actually live their everyday lives, this is that kind of spot.
