Out Of Times Puck Cannabis Social Club in Rotterdam

Out Of Times Puck feels like a low-key stop where locals duck in between tram rides and late shifts. The place is unpretentious — the kind of coffee shop where regulars have their corner and staff greet you like a familiar face. Outside you get that Rotterdam mix of old brick and newer glass, so the street has a slightly industrial, practical vibe rather than anything twee. It hums more in the evening, when conversations flip from match talk to students cramming for deadlines. Service is straightforward and no-frills; people come for a quick chat or a short break rather than lingering all day. If you’re wandering the city or heading to the port, this is an easy, reliable stop.
