Coffeeshop The Box Green Harvest Cannabis Social Club in The Hague, Den Haag

On the harbor side of Scheveningen, the place sits among the boats and the steady comings and goings of the quay — you can feel the sea before you even walk in. Sea air and gulls form the soundtrack; it balances between promenade energy and quieter dockside corners. I've popped in after bike rides more than once, and it always feels like a mix of locals and visitors without any fuss. The vibe is practical and easy: people come to chill, chat, and get on with their day. Later in the afternoon it settles into a calmer rhythm, with regulars and fishermen swapping stories. You’ll catch the smell of fries and coffee drifting over from the nearby stalls on sunny days. If you want a straightforward coffee shop with proper seaside character rather than a tourist trap, this is the sort of spot you slide into after a walk along the water.
