Coffeeshop Tulip Cannabis Social Club in The Hague, Den Haag

Coffeeshop Tulip sits on a low-traffic stretch where the pace softens compared with Den Haag’s busier strips. The block is mostly modest flats and small, practical shops — the kind of street people live on rather than visit. Inside feels straightforward and unpretentious: simple seating, friendly faces, a steady rotation of regulars. You’ll see students, neighbours doing errands, and folks who drop in after work; it’s a proper local hangout. Staff are efficient and down-to-earth, not flashy, and the music stays in the background. Come summer there are usually a couple of chairs outside for quick chats and people-watching. If you want fuss or trendy decor, look elsewhere; this place prefers to keep things ordinary and comfortable.
