Coffeeshop Charlois Cannabis Social Club in Rotterdam

You'll find this coffee shop on a steady strip of small shops in Charlois, south of the river. The regulars are locals — parents dashing between errands, folks from nearby flats, a few students — nothing flashy. Inside feels modest and unpretentious, with close tables and a slow, low-key rhythm that makes it easy to linger. Staff know most customers by sight and will toss a quick recommendation your way if you ask. Weekends fill up a bit, but it never tries to be anything more than a neighbourhood stop. Outside the street is residential and practical, lined with small businesses and the occasional bakery or corner store. It’s the sort of place you go when you want something straightforward and familiar, then end up chatting with someone you didn’t expect to meet.
