Out Of Time's Puck Cannabis Social Club in Rotterdam

Out Of Time's Puck is a coffee shop on a small local square, the sort of place you pass on the way to errands and then decide to stay. Regulars and newcomers share the counter space without fuss — nods and quick chats more than long introductions. Daytime feels relaxed, with students and people from nearby shops dropping in; evenings bring a low-key buzz. The surrounding streets have a mix of older post‑war blocks and small family businesses, so the crowd is as mixed as the neighbourhood. Conversations drift in Dutch, English and other languages, which makes it feel unpretentious and lived-in. No flashy decor, just a straightforward corner spot that people from the area rely on. If you like places that feel local rather than staged, this is one people point you toward when you ask where to go.
