Coffeeshop De Gaper Cannabis Social Club in Schiedam

De Gaper coffee shop is one of those down-to-earth spots you bump into near Schiedam's town centre. I've dropped in after work more than once; the place never feels flashy, just plain and practical. You'll see a mix of locals and folks wandering the old streets—Schiedam's canals and jenever history give the area a mellow, lived-in feel. The street outside has that tidy, small-city character, with narrow pavements and shops that look like they've been around for ages. Music usually sits in the background, and the noise level slides between quiet and pleasantly chatty depending on the hour. Staff are businesslike and quick; nothing pretentious, which suits the overall mood. Seating leans practical rather than stylish, so it's more of a place to hang out than to stage photos. Good for a relaxed stop before a wander past the mills or a canal-side stroll.
