Coffeeshop Family First Cannabis Social Club in Amsterdam

Coffee shop Family First is one of those low-key spots you find after wandering along the Amstel. The street here shifts from canal-side walkers to small local shops, so the crowd tends to be a steady mix of neighbourhood regulars. Inside it feels simple and unpretentious — small tables, quiet music, folks chatting or reading. Mornings are mellow and practical; evenings get a bit more social without getting loud. The staff remember faces after a couple visits and will give you a straight answer if you ask for a recommendation. It doesn’t shout for attention or try to be trendy, which is part of the appeal if you live nearby. Take a short stroll along the river afterwards and the area settles into a calmer, everyday Amsterdam rhythm. Not flashy, just an easy place to drop in when you want something familiar.
