On the tight grid of streets that leads down to the beach, Vaporizer Barceloneta feels more like a local hangout than one of the tourist spots nearby. The interior has a laid-back, sofa-and-conversation sort of vibe; people come in to unwind after a day in the sun. Outside you can still hear the clink of plates from the tapas bars and the occasional seagull, but inside things settle down.
