How do I contact Cannabivo support?
You can reach the Cannabivo support team via the contact form in your account settings or by emailing support@cannabivo.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. For urgent account issues, include your registered email address and a clear description of the problem in your first message to avoid back-and-forth delays.
How do I report a club that has closed permanently or has incorrect information?
On any club profile page, use the "Report an issue" button. Select the issue type — permanently closed, incorrect address, wrong opening hours, misleading information — and add any details you have. Our editorial team reviews all reports and updates or removes listings accordingly. We rely on the community to help keep information accurate, so thank you for contributing.
Does Cannabivo have a newsletter or notifications for new clubs?
Yes. You can subscribe to the Cannabivo newsletter from your account settings or from the footer of any page. Subscribers receive updates on newly verified clubs, country guide updates, regulatory changes, and platform announcements — typically no more than once per week. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click. Push notifications for new clubs near saved locations are also available in the mobile app.
